How to improve your lifestyle by making smart alterations
Case study:The Interior Layout Upgrade
Project in process
Sometimes even the slightest details can make a big difference. Even if you have been living in your house for a few years, it is never too late to upgrade your space. Sometimes new needs emerge, at other times, while nothing changes, the time simply comes to do something about all those little annoying quirks you have been living with for so long.
Whether you have a large or a small budget, a lot or little time, there is always room for alterations, especially if they’re going to make your daily life more practical, smoother and improve your lifestyle.
For this project, we were asked to review the overall layout of a 70 square meter apartment and a 20 square meter attic. After reviewing the overall configuration, we developed different design options that significantly improve the flow in the house as well as the quality of the various spaces including the bedroom, the living room, the dining area, the kitchen and the bathroom. We also developed overall solutions to upgrade the storage throughout the house as well as the lighting and the look & feel.

The different options we have developed for this project range from options that require minimal intervention and little budget, to options that require a more substantial intervention and more budget. This was, we ensure there is an optimal solution, for every situation.
Lifestyle and Needs
As we have mentioned before, interior architecture is a service, not a product. It focuses on people, their interactions and their daily needs. This applies to the overall program and flow of the house and down to every detail, like an appropriate place for shoes and keys.
