Digital Marketing Internship
AKKA Architects is one of Europe’s most innovative architectural studio’s, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Digital Marketing Intern to join our Business Development team in Amsterdam.
We are interested in someone who has the skills to engage with our target audience through social media and ensure visitor flow to digital sites.
The ideal candidate is also willing to learn everything there is to learn about sales and branding while developing their own skills and passion.
What you will do:
We love good ideas at AKKA and encourage everyone to use their creative instincts to develop engaging concepts that support the wider goals of the team.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Oversee a social media strategy
- Manage, maintain and optimize the website(s) and social media platforms
- Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts
- Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
- Fix any errors or bugs in online content
- Arrange webinars and webcasts
- Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) Ad management
- Write copy for email marketing campaigns
- Attend product launches and networking events
What you have:
- A degree in (digital) marketing or a related field
- Experience in digital marketing
- Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences & devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
